Candidates should have a High School Diploma and 3–5 years in loan servicing or collateral management, with strong communication and research skills.

Responsibilities

• Research loan files and property records to resolve inquiries.
• Complete collateral releases and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Ensure insurance and lien documentation meet requirements and standards.
• Assist audits, loan sales, and external requests as needed.
• Keep systems up to date and support process improvements.
