Citadel Federal Credit Union is seeking a Loan Administration Manager to oversee collateral documentation, lien perfection, and related processes across the loan portfolio. The role ensures proper perfection, maintenance, and releases are completed accurately and timely.

Responsibilities include overseeing payoff calculations, lien releases, and coordination with title companies, vendors, and internal departments to support investor reporting and collateral tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in loan administration, collateral services, or loan operations.
• Experience with secured lending documentation (real estate, vehicle titles, and UCC filings).
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with loan servicing systems and collateral tracking platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee collateral documentation and lien management in the loan servicing department.
• Ensure proper lien perfection for secured loans (real estate, vehicles, and other collateral).
• Maintain collateral records and tracking within the servicing system.
• Oversee payoff calculations and collateral releases upon loan payoff.
• Coordinate with title companies, borrowers, and vendors to facilitate lien processes.
• Oversee loan participations servicing and investor reporting.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure adherence to SLAs.
