Job summary
Rockland Trust is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Operations Collateral Documentation & Imaging Specialist to join our collaborative Loan Operations team in Massachusetts. The role supports collateral documentation, imaging functions, and maintenance across consumer and commercial loan portfolios with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred.
- Experience with loan documentation, collateral administration, title processing, paralegal work, or banking operations is preferred.
- Knowledge of consumer, mortgage, home equity, and commercial loan documentation is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage collateral-related activities for consumer and commercial loan portfolios.
- Prepare and process loan discharges, including commercial real estate collateral releases.
- Review and process collateral maintenance requests and customer inquiries.
- Monitor and maintain UCC filings, vehicle titles, mortgage discharges, and other collateral records.
