Job summary

FCB Banks is seeking a Final Docs Specialist to ensure real estate collateral documentation is complete and properly perfected to maintain the Bank’s lien position. This role reviews final loan documents, tracks collateral, and coordinates with title agents and recording offices.

You will verify accuracy, resolve exceptions, and support compliant documentation processes in a fast-paced banking environment in Collinsville, IL.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing real estate collateral documents.
• Ability to identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent information in loan documentation.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple items and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all real estate collateral is properly perfected and lien position is maintained.
• Maintain collateral and final document tracking information.
• Perform quality control reviews of final loan and collateral documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify deficiencies or exceptions and facilitate timely correction.
• Communicate with title agents and recording offices regarding documents and requirements.
