Job summary
Cooley LLP is seeking a Collaboration Technology and Workflow Engineer to architect, build, and evolve the firm's enterprise intranet and workflow solutions using Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Power Platform and Microsoft 365.
This hands-on technical role requires deep expertise in Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Power Platform, plus a strong sense of governance, scalability, and user enablement across the organization.
Qualifications
- 4+ years directly applicable experience designing and implementing intranet/workflow solutions.
- Eligible for Senior designation with 5+ years' direct applicable experience.
Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and evolve the firm's enterprise intranet and workflow solutions using Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Power Platform and Microsoft 365.
- Design scalable, secure, persona-based digital experiences integrating content, search and automated workflows.
- Develop automation, templates and repeatable processes for mailbox, group, and mail flow management.
- Lead technical design reviews and mentor junior developers and architects.
- Drive analytics using Power BI and Microsoft 365 reporting for continuous improvement.
- Stay aligned with Microsoft 365 roadmap and governance standards.
- Enable user adoption and partner with change management initiatives.
