Job summary

Cooley LLP in New York is seeking a Collaboration Technology and Workflow Engineer to architect and evolve the firm’s enterprise intranet and workflow solutions using Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform within Microsoft 365.

This hands-on role combines deep technical execution with platform governance, designed to deliver scalable, secure digital experiences, automate processes, and enable user enablement across the firm.

Qualifications

4+ years directly applicable experience designing intranet and workflow solutions.
Deep expertise in SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
Modern web development with SPFx, React, TypeScript.
Experience with REST API design and data handling.
Ability to balance customization with maintainability.
Strong governance, standards, and documentation habits.

Responsibilities

Architect and evolve the firm’s intranet and workflow solutions using Microsoft 365 tech.
Design scalable, secure experiences integrating content, search, and automation.
Lead technical design reviews and mentor junior engineers.
Ensure governance, standards, and reusable patterns.
Develop templates and runbooks to improve delivery.
