Qualifications

• 4+ years direct experience designing intranet/workflow solutions
• Deep expertise in SharePoint Online and Power Platform governance
• Modern web development with SPFx, React, TypeScript
• Experience with REST API design and JSON/XML data handling
• Ability to balance customization with maintainability
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours

Responsibilities

• Develop automation, templates, and runbooks for Exchange Online administration
• Design workflow solutions with Power Platform to automate processes
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Create and maintain documentation, templates, and governance standards
• Leverage Power BI and Microsoft 365 reporting for continuous improvement
• Stay current with Microsoft 365 roadmaps and new services
• Mentor junior developers and architects, share best practices
• Collaborate within project teams and lead technical design reviews
