Job summary

Cooley LLP seeks a Collaboration Technology and Workflow Engineer to architect and evolve the firm’s intranet and workflow solutions using Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

You will design scalable, secure digital experiences, integrate content and automate processes, and contribute to governance and best practices. This is a hands-on, senior‑level role with opportunities to mentor others and shape the technology strategy.

Qualifications

• 4+ years directly applicable experience designing intranet/workflow solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform governance
• Experience with modern web development and REST API design

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and evolve enterprise intranet/workflow solutions
• Design scalable, secure digital experiences integrating content, search and automated workflows
• Lead technical design reviews and mentor junior developers and architects
• Establish governance and reusable patterns for workflow automation
