Job summary
Cooley LLP seeks a Collaboration Technology and Workflow Engineer to architect, build, and evolve the firm's intranet and workflow solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role emphasizes Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, security, scalability, and user-centric design.
You will design and deliver automation, governance, and extensible patterns, mentor teammates, and work in a hybrid in-office/remote schedule as part of the Technology Platforms and Applications team.
Qualifications
- 4+ years directly applicable experience in intranet/workflow design and implementation.
- Deep expertise in SharePoint Online and Power Platform architecture and governance.
- Modern web development with SPFx, React, and TypeScript; strong DevOps practices.
Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and evolve enterprise intranet and workflow solutions.
- Design scalable, secure Microsoft 365-based experiences integrating content, search, and workflows.
- Develop automation with Power Platform to streamline manual processes and user experience.
- Establish governance and reusable patterns for scalable workflow automation.
- Understand business goals, translate requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Document templates, runbooks, and best practices; mentor junior staff.
- Leverage Power BI for analytics and drive continuous improvement.
