Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise AV and collaboration systems design and support.
• Expertise with Cisco, Logitech, Barco ClickShare, and network infrastructure for AV systems.
• Hands-on experience with Crestron and/or Extron platforms, including configuration and troubleshooting.
• Ability to document designs using Microsoft Visio.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%, including internationally.

For our client, we are seeking a Collaboration Systems Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will focus on designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise collaboration environments that enable effective communication across executive and client-facing spaces. The engineer will serve as a key technical partner to stakeholders and vendors, helping ensure reliable operations, strong standards, and high-quality user experiences across complex AV deployments. This position also includes advanced troubleshooting, documentation, training, and continuous improvement of collaboration systems in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $119,000 – $208,000 annually
