Job summary

Adena Health System in Chillicothe, OH seeks a Collaboration Engineer to support VoIP and Cisco collaboration environments. You will manage add/move/change/delete tasks and provide basic system administration for Cisco VoIP platforms.

The role requires 5–7 years of experience with Cisco Collaboration, CCNP/CCNA collaboration exposure, and strong customer-service skills. Growth opportunities and community impact are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer technology or equivalent experience.
• Lean Six Sigma White Belt and ITIL certifications preferred.
• CCNP or equivalent certifications with CCS/CCNA collaboration exposure.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic VoIP network and Cisco collaboration support.
• Handle add/move/change/delete tasks for VoIP users/devices.
• Troubleshoot and document customer environments clearly.
• Engage with caregivers and technical teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation and project work.
