Job summary

Red River in Columbus, OH seeks a Senior Collaboration Engineer to lead Cisco-based collaboration design, deployment, and support for nationwide customers. You will guide deployments, configure solutions, mentor staff, and develop repeatable implementation processes in partnership with PM and engineering teams.

Expect travel up to 25% to regional customer sites. The role requires 5+ years' experience and CCIE – Collaboration, with a BS preferred.

Qualifications

Min 5 years related experience in a field role.
Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert – Collaboration.
Understanding of Cisco network routing and switching protocols.

Responsibilities

Lead design, implementation, and support of Cisco-based collaboration solutions.
Serve as the technical lead during customer deployments.
Develop repeatable processes and best practices for deployment and support.
Mentor and guide staff on collaboration technologies.
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain Red River's collaboration, security, and networking infra.
Stay current with Cisco technologies and industry trends.
Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and efficiency.
Interface with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements.
Oversee deployments to ensure on-schedule delivery.
Maintain documentation and reports during deployments.
