Job summary

Envision Cold in the United States is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day warehouse activities, supervise Associates, and ensure safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ supervisor experience in a warehouse setting.
• Proficient with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Associates, including performance, training and scheduling.
• Create and maintain an environment conducive to teamwork and collaboration.
• Identify inefficiencies in the facility and work with staff and leaders toward a resolution.
• Ensure products are stored and handled in accordance with all State and Federal regulations.
• Uphold standard operating procedures for staging product in coolers and freezers.
• Review inventory to monitor occupancy levels.
• Audit work orders and all documents for accuracy.
• Review inspection sheets, driver check-in sheets and shipping documents before signing.
• Adhere to safety procedures and promote a safety-first environment.
• Process incidents and near misses and document appropriately.
• Coordinate with departments for use of docks.
