Job summary

The role requires 3+ years in supervision or warehouse work, or a relevant internship, or a Bachelor's degree, plus proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with warehouse/inventory software. This is a safety‑conscious, results‑driven position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or warehouse experience OR successful completion of Americold's internship program, or a Bachelor's degree.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate unloading, stacking, picking and staging of shipments to meet quality standards.
• Ensure accuracy and condition of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Facilitate cross communication between shifts and conduct shift meetings.
• Oversee safe operation of materials handling equipment and maintain a clean, secure work area.
• Ensure staff compliance with safety policies, investigate and report safety incidents, and adhere to OSHA/MSDS guidelines.
• Direct work schedules, assign duties, evaluate performance, and prepare records and reports.
• Address personnel issues and support staff development and management.
