Job summary

RealCold is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Denver, CO. This role directs daily warehouse operations and coordinates storage and distribution to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality. It oversees productivity, training, scheduling, and performance management in a fast-growing cold storage setting.

The position emphasizes safety, compliance with policies, and collaboration with the operations team to meet customer schedules. Weekend/overtime availability is required.

Qualifications

• Three years of distribution/warehouse experience.
• One year of supervisory experience required.
• Experience in a cold storage facility a plus.
• Proficient with warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, high reach).
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safety culture and maintain a safe working environment.
• Supervise warehouse team and participate in recruiting, onboarding, training and performance management.
• Schedule inventory control tasks and approve time sheets for payroll.
• Coordinate daily warehouse tasks and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide timely performance evaluations and support cross-training to improve efficiency.
• Ensure resources support SQF food safety objectives and continuous improvement.
• Train new employees on picking, unloading, and loading product.
