Job summary

United States Cold Storage, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead to guide the Cold Crew, supervise in the supervisor’s absence, and uphold safety and food-grade standards in a temperature-controlled environment.

You will coordinate with other departments, mentor staff, optimize dock operations, and use the WMS to assign doors and manage tasks, while maintaining quality and inventory accuracy. Candidates need at least 2 years of warehouse experience, leadership preferred, and flexibility to work all

Responsibilities

• Serve as a visible leader within the team and promote our company culture.
• Act as liaison between warehouse staff and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain high standards of warehousing practices and inventory accuracy.
• Lead, train, and mentor Warehouse Associates to improve productivity.
• Support associates in meeting productivity goals while enforcing safety policies.
• Troubleshoot warehouse challenges and collaborate on effective solutions.
• Oversee truck dock operations and pallet flow; manage doors and tasks in the WMS.
• Serve as primary contact for escalating issues and ensuring timely resolutions.
