Job summary

Ocean Cold LLC is hiring warehouse personnel to operate in a cold storage environment using Footprint WMS. You will move and organize inventory, ensure FIFO, and document shipments. The role requires forklift operation and certification, basic English communication, and the ability to lift 50 lb.

Shifts include up to 12 hours during peak season and up to 8 hours in slower periods, with up to 6 days a week during peak times. Safety and good manufacturing practices are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be proficient in basic math.
• Must have basic computer skills (Windows).
• Must be able to lift 50 lb.
• Able to operate electric sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
• Must be forklift certified through Ocean Companies.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to communicate in basic English.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts in cold storage environments to move inventory.
• Stock and organize product to support FIFO and proper material separation.
• Document counts, weights, and labels for shipments using Footprint WMS.
• Supply production lines by transferring bulk product from warehouse to production areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety procedures.
