Job summary

Americold Logistics, LLC. is seeking a Forklift Operator to ensure safe receipt, storage, and shipment of food products using sit-down/stand-up forklifts, high-reach forklifts, and RF scanning equipment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and efficiency in a cold-warehouse environment. The position requires adherence to OSHA standards, ability to meet production targets, and flexibility for overtime, evenings, or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Three months of related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely load/unload freight using appropriate equipment.
• Stack and store merchandise and pick/assemble orders for shipment.
• Operate equipment per OSHA standards to maintain a safe environment.
• Meet production standards while keeping a clean, organized workspace.
• Assist with inventory, cleaning, and battery changes as needed.
