Grip is seeking a reliable Operations Supervisor to support on-site inventory in our cold storage facility. You will count, verify, and record inventory while adhering to safety procedures and quality standards in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with Client Experience to resolve fulfillment inquiries.
• Address operational issues and implement practical solutions.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Provide operational updates to management on warehouse performance.
• Maintain quality control checks throughout the fulfillment process.
• Build relationships with local carriers to manage pickups and outbound logistics.
