Job summary

RealCold is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality in a cold-storage environment. You will supervise the team, coordinate shipping/receiving, and align with leaders to maintain production schedules while upholding food safety standards.

The role emphasizes staffing, training, performance management, and adherence to SQF procedures, with a focus on timely order fulfillment and safe, organized operations in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of distribution/warehouse experience.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience.
• Cold storage experience is a plus.
• Proficient with forklift, pallet jack, and high-reach forklift.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• English reading/writing/speaking required.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safety culture and ensure safe operations.
• Supervise warehouse team and participate in recruiting, onboarding, training and performance management.
• Schedule inventory control team and approve timesheets.
• Coordinate daily warehouse tasks and assignments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and SQF requirements.
• Provide timely performance evaluations with Operations Manager.
• Train new staff on picking, loading and unloading processes.
• Plan production schedules and allocate resources to complete jobs.
