Job summary

Lineage is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, train staff, and ensure safe, productive handling of shipments in a fast-paced setting. The role focuses on leadership and meeting performance standards.

You will collaborate with Operations leadership to manage schedules, inventory, and reports, while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity across the facility.

Qualifications

• 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs. and work in variable storage environments.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties to direct reports.
• Manage incoming/outgoing shipments, organize inventory, and maintain records.
• Plan production schedules and allocate resources while tracking time and production data.
• Track and send reports to plant personnel and monitor warehouse activities.
