Job summary

Mom’s Meals, a leading national provider of refrigerated home-delivered meals, is looking for high-energy, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Fulfillment Associate. This role involves picking, scanning, and packing portions of each customer order in a refrigerated environment throughout the shift.

The 1st shift runs 7:00am–3:00pm with weekend flexibility and a starting pay of $16.50/hour. Located at 134 S Bailey Road, North Jackson, OH 44451, the position includes weekly pay, PTO,

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Able to stand/walk for up to 8–10 hours.
Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs occasionally.
Shift may include weekends/holidays and overtime.
Must pass post-offer drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

Pick correct items for cooler boxes, scan appropriately, and pack to complete your portion of the customer’s order.
Adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards.
Read labels and select products accurately.
Meet productivity and accuracy standards.
Move product between locations following sanitation guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and assist with general housekeeping.
