Job summary

Mom’s Meals is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to join our refrigerated operations in North Jackson, OH. The role focuses on picking, scanning, and packing portions of customer orders in a safe, fast-paced environment.

The 2nd shift runs 3:00pm - 11:00pm with a starting pay of $17.50/hour. The site is located at 134 S Bailey Road, North Jackson, OH 44451, with pre-employment drug screen and background checks required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand or walk for up to 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Shifts may include weekends/holidays and/or overtime.

Responsibilities

• Pick correct items for cooler boxes, scan, and pack to complete orders.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and production standards.
• Read labels and select products with attention to detail.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Move products between locations following sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with general housekeeping.
• Work in a refrigerated warehouse environment (34-40 degrees).
