Job summary

Mom’s Meals, a leading national provider of refrigerated home-delivered meals, is hiring a Fulfillment Associate for the 2nd shift (3pm–11pm). You will pick, scan, and pack portions of each customer’s order in a refrigerated environment, following safety and quality standards.

The role requires the ability to stand for 8–10 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and work weekends/holidays as needed. Competitive starting wage and full benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours.
• Able to lift/move to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Shifts can include weekends/holidays/overtime.
• Strong service orientation.
• Team player with good communication.
• Work independently with little supervision.
• Basic reading skills.
• Pass post-offer drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Pick correct items for cooler boxes, scan, and pack portions of orders.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and production standards.
• Pay attention to detail when reading labels and selecting product.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Move products between locations following sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with general housekeeping.
