The ideal candidate will own end-to-end processes, manage sequences, track metrics, and collaborate with leadership to refine ICP and messaging, with immediate joining options.

Qualifications

• B2B cold email and outbound lead generation experience.
• Understanding of the US B2B market and outbound sales process.
• Proven track record of generating qualified leads, responses or meetings via cold outreach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong English email copywriting skills.

• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to independently plan, execute and optimize outbound campaigns.
• Experience with IT services, software, SaaS, technology or digital services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete cold email lead generation process: prospecting, list building, email copy, campaign execution, follow-ups and optimization.
• Research target companies, decision-makers and relevant buyer personas in the US market.
• Build and maintain high-quality prospect databases.
• Create personalized, compelling and conversion-focused cold email campaigns.
• Manage email sequences, follow-ups and campaign performance.
• Track key metrics such as open rates, reply rates, positive responses and meetings booked.
• Continuously test and optimize messaging, targeting, subject lines and CTAs.
• Qualify inbound responses and identify genuine sales opportunities.
• Work closely with leadership/business development teams to improve ICP, targeting and messaging.
• Maintain accurate lead and campaign data in CRM/prospecting tools.
