Job summary

You will support all cold treatment operations, analytics, and seasonal activities, helping drive process improvements across the commercial organization.

Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or technical school; or 1–2 years related experience.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and SAP.
• Strong data analytics and statistical analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data integrity during system updates and communicate clearly about cold treatment.
• Support operations, analytics, and project work related to cold treatment seasons.
• Update cold treatment spreadsheets with load port, reefer details, and completion times.
• Coordinate with vendors, terminals, and vessels to ensure protocol compliance.
• Review reefers for USDA approval and clearance and handle invoice processing.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for Trade, Haifa, and ArrowSpot.
