Responsibilities include coordinating with management, verifying paperwork, and aiding warehouse tasks while maintaining accuracy and timely responses to inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Comply with the facility food safety and food defense requirements as outlined in the current BRCGS standard.
• Scheduling of inbound and outbound appointments.
• Processing of inbound and outbound appointments.
• Manage available inventory for orders. (Product locations and product status)
• USDA Import and Export documentation.
• Verify inbound and outbound paperwork for accuracy and billable charges.
• Carrier and broker interaction.
• Filing and record retention.
• Customer communication via email and telephone.
• Warehouse and inventory support.
• Handling confidential information with discretion.
• Identify and resolve administrative issues, minimizing business disruptions.
