Job summary

ZIM Integrated Shipping Services is seeking a role focused on coordinating and supporting the commercial aspects of Refrigerated and Dangerous Goods loadings. The candidate will monitor equipment forecasts and volumes on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, and act as a liaison among Customers, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Logistics for special equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years related experience or training.
• Ability to conduct rudimentary analytics including market data review/forecasting.
• Customer service, pricing, logistics and/or operations knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support commercial aspects of Refrigerated & Dangerous Goods loadings.
• Monitor and report equipment forecasts and volumes weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.
• Liaise between Customers, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Logistics for special equipment.
• Assist with creating the annual equipment budget.
• Provide backup support for Out of Gauge & Tank activities.
