Interstate Mechanical Corporation (IMCOR) is a full-service HVAC contractor located in Phoenix, Arizona, with over 50 years of experience installing and maintaining heating and cooling systems. We are currently seeking a Cold Call Sales person to join our team. We continue to grow and need another great person to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Calling prospective clients and making calls all day every day to drive business.
• Putting all calls, and conversations into a CRM.
• Play an integral role in driving sales by having a great sense of urgency and detail in everything you do.
• Participate in weekly internal meetings with the sales team.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Must love sales, and understand every day you we want the most output.
• Telemarketing experience helpful and preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and maintain effective relationships with co-workers and customers.
• The ability to perform under pressure with stringent guidelines and time frames.
• High sense of urgency and once again a great passion for sales.
• The desire to think outside the box and always problem solve to connect with customers.
• Ability to cooperate successfully as a member of a team and at times and work independently with minimal supervision.
