Interstate Mechanical LLC (IMCOR) is a leading Arizona mechanical contractor specializing in HVAC, plumbing, piping, and service solutions since 1974. We are growing and seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruiting strategy across field and corporate teams.

This role partners directly with executive leadership and operations to attract and hire top talent in the commercial construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades, project managers, service technicians, and office staff
• Build talent pipelines across HVAC, plumbing, piping, and construction roles
• Partner with superintendents and department heads on workforce planning
• Develop recruiting metrics and improve time-to-hire
• Strengthen employer branding and community partnerships
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and hiring best practices

Qualifications

Required:

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in construction, mechanical contracting, or skilled trades.
• 2+ years in a leadership or program-management capacity.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and sourcing strategies.
• Experience hiring both field and corporate roles.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in commercial construction or mechanical contracting.
• Familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems (Arcoro experience a plus).
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent certification (preferred but not required).
