Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division seeks a Coils Machine Operator Apprentice on 3rd shift at Badger Drive, Waukesha, WI. The role involves setting up and operating coil winding machines to produce coils per winding sheets and diagrams.

The position offers a base hourly rate of $24.45 plus $2.50 shift differential and $2.50 per hour shift premium, with a sign-on bonus of $3,000 paid in two installments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience OR education in manufacturing, military, or a related field.
• No immigration sponsorship or CPT/OPT/STEM OPT plans.
• Live within 50 miles of the Waukesha, WI facility.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret winding specification documents.
• Identify coil number, quantity, and revision; record on coil and paperwork.
• Set up and adjust winding machines to meet size specifications.
• Load strip, conductor, and insulating paper to dereeling mechanisms.
• Measure materials and adjust machines for proper alignment and operation.
