The position offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits. Hours are 11 pm–7 am, with overtime potential and shift premiums. Living within 50 miles of the facility is required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of experience or education in manufacturing, military, or a related field.
- No immigration sponsorship provided.
- Must live within 50 miles of the Waukesha, WI facility.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret winding specification documents.
- Find the coil number, quantity, and revision; record on paperwork.
- Install and adjust devices on the coil winding machine to meet specs.
- Load strip, conductor, and insulating paper to dereeling mechanisms.
- Measure materials and verify alignment on the machine.
- Place and adjust the coil form as specified.
- Apply pack out per specification on each section of the coil.
- Operate a crimping tool to attach wire to shielding.
- Complete two-week welding and brazing training at WCTC.
