Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Coils Machine Operator - 1st Shift in Waukesha, WI. The role runs 7am–3pm with an hourly rate of $24.45 and potential overtime.

The position emphasizes setting up and operating winding machines to produce coils according to winding sheets and diagrams. Applicants should have at least 6 months of machine operating experience or related manufacturing/military training, and must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of machine operating experience OR education in manufacturing, military, or a related field.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
• No relocation is being offered for this role. All candidates considered must live within 50 miles of the Waukesha, WI facility.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operate winding machines to produce coils per specifications on winding sheets/diagrams.
• Read and interpret winding specification documents; record coil numbers accordingly.
• Install and adjust devices on the winding machine to meet window sizing specs; load materials.
• Measure materials, adjust machine settings, verify alignment, and complete coil assembly.
• Weld/braze as required; complete welding/training at WCTC as noted.
