Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Stacker Assembler on 3rd shift in Waukesha, WI. The role involves assembling coils, cores, and clamps to initiate transformer building, with a 11 pm–7 am core schedule and a $2.50 shift premium.

Hourly base is $22.30 plus a $2.50 premium; a $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered in two installments. Overtime may be required. Benefits include health, retirement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration visas.
• Relocation isn’t offered; candidates must live within 50 miles of Waukesha, WI facility.
• Active-Duty Military candidates are exempt from the geographic limit.

Responsibilities

• Follow bill of material to assemble core steel and clamps.
• Set up stacking tables for precise dimensions and stack steel as specified.
• Operate forklift and overhead cranes to move materials and finished assemblies.
• Monitor burr levels, sizing, and proper stacking; adjust blades and schedule as needed.
