Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Coils Machine Operator Apprentice for 2nd shift in Waukesha, WI. The role pays $24.45 per hour plus a $2.50 shift premium, with a potential $2,000 sign-on bonus paid in two installments.

The position involves setting up and operating winding machines to produce coils of various sizes, training at WCTC, and on-the-job learning. Overtime may be required, and benefits are provided from day one.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience OR education in manufacturing, military, or a related field.
• Ability to interpret prints, quality specifications, and instructions for safety and operation.
• Must be within 50 miles of the Waukesha, WI facility and eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operate winding machines to produce coils per winding sheets and diagrams.
• Read coil numbers and record on paperwork and labor logs.
• Load materials, adjust machine settings to meet window size specs, and ensure proper alignment.
