Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ESS division seeks a General Laborer for 3rd shift in Waukesha, WI to support coil winding and production operations. The role offers a $21.45 hourly rate plus a $2.50 shift differential and a $3,000 sign-on bonus paid in installments.

Core hours are 11 pm to 7 am with potential overtime. Benefits start day one, weekly pay, and opportunities for cross-training within the factory.

Qualifications

• Overtime may be required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to read and interpret prints and safety/operating instructions.
• Must follow quality and safety specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and move materials for coil winding.
• Operate multiple machines for sizing, cutting, drilling in winding process.
• Assemble kits and stock coil materials.
• Load/unload coils to ovens and conveyor, ensure proper labeling.
