Job summary

Goldbelt Apex, LLC seeks a Cognitive Performance Specialist to support the U.S. Army Reserve's Holistic Health and Fitness program in the Indo-Pacific region, including Hawaii.

You will develop and deliver evidence-based cognitive performance and mental readiness strategies to enhance resilience and decision-making under pressure. Working within an interdisciplinary Human Performance Team, you will partner with a Strength and Conditioning Coach, Dietitian, Athletic Trainer, and Government

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an accredited program.
• APA-accredited internship completed.
• Active, unrestricted state licensure as a Clinical or Counseling Psychologist.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cognitive performance and mental readiness programs.
• Deliver evidence-based mental skills training for performance under pressure.
• Create educational materials, leader guides, and cognitive tools.
• Conduct classroom, workshop, and field coaching for Soldier readiness.
• Coordinate with H2F teams and leadership to integrate cognitive strategies.
