You will help Soldiers strengthen attention, decision‑making, resilience, stress management, and communication through evidence‑informed training and field coaching in accordance with the contract and Army policies.

Qualifications

• Must have or be pursuing relevant advanced degree(s).
• Minimum of 3 years post‑graduation in mental skills training or related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver education, coaching, and performance-development services.
• Strengthen Soldiers’ attention, decision-making, resilience, and stress management.
• Coordinate with government lead and adhere to contract scope and Army policies.
