Interactive Government Holdings, Inc. (IGH) is seeking a Cognitive Performance Specialist for the USAR H2F program in Georgia.

The role focuses on education, coaching, and performance development to strengthen attention, decision-making, resilience, and stress management for Soldiers and unit leaders. The contractor will deliver services in coordination with the government lead, maintain compliance with Army policies, and support in planning, training, and data reporting with required

Qualifications

• Education: Doctoral degree in Psychology, or Master’s degree in Kinesiology, or a related field with a specialized focus in sport or performance psychology from an accredited university.
• Credentials: Certification as a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) from the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP) is preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of three (3) years, in the last four (4) years post-graduation of relevant experience providing mental skills training and cognitive performance enhancement services to athletes, military personnel, or other high-performing groups.
• License: Contract workers requiring licensure shall have and maintain a current, valid, unrestricted license specific to the position in one of the 50 US States and/or territories.

Responsibilities

• Maintain expert knowledge of current Army standards, doctrine, and regulations related to H2F.
• Collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic H2F support.
• Participate in meetings and planning sessions to synchronize HPT efforts with the unit YTC.
• Maintain professional communication with leadership, the COR, and stakeholders.
• Collect and provide data for required reports and deliverables within defined timeframes.
• Maintain credentials and certifications per applicable policy manuals.
• Complete mandatory Government training within specified timeframes.
• Adhere to all applicable DOD, DHA and Army instructions and SOPs.
• Travel pre-approved to support unit training events and workshops.
• Train Government personnel to maintain contractor-developed strategies and resources.
