Job summary

Interactive Government Holdings, Inc. (IGH) seeks a Cognitive Performance Specialist for USAR H2F in Florida to deliver evidence-informed education, coaching, and performance-development services to Army Reserve personnel.

Design and implement mental readiness training, train Soldiers in attention control, stress management, and visualization, and integrate skills into training. Requires doctoral or master's in related field; CMPC preferred; contract is full-time contingent.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in mental skills training or cognitive performance enhancement in high-performance groups.
• Experience delivering education, coaching, and performance development services.
• Strong knowledge of Army H2F standards and related policies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive mental readiness training program.
• Provide practical mental skills resources for distribution and use.
• Train Soldiers in evidence-based cognitive skills to enhance performance under pressure.
• Integrate cognitive skills into military training such as marksmanship and field exercises.
• Coach and mentor HITs and provide reach-back support.
