The specialist collaborates with government leads, maintains credentialing, and supports travel for unit training and events as required. This is a contractor position with full-time potential.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Psychology or Master’s in Kinesiology with performance focus.
• CMPC certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years post-graduate experience in mental skills training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain expert knowledge of Army H2F standards and related regulations.
• Collaborate in an interdisciplinary team to synchronize H2F programming.
• Provide education, coaching, and performance-development services to Soldiers.
