Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology or related field with sport/performance focus.
• CMPC certification preferred.
• At least 3 years of post-graduate mental skills training experience.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver mental readiness training programs for Army Reserve personnel.
• Coach Soldiers in cognitive skills to improve performance under stress.
• Integrate skills into military training and leader development activities.
• Conduct knowledge transfer and train Government personnel on developed materials.
