Job summary

Interactive Government Holdings, Inc. (IGH) is seeking a Cognitive Performance Specialist to support US Army Reserve H2F initiatives at Ft. McCoy. The role focuses on education, coaching, and performance development through evidence-based cognitive skills training.

The specialist will work with Government personnel, maintain credentials, and ensure timely reporting. Travel to unit trainings is required under contract guidelines.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Psychology, or Master’s degree in Kinesiology with sport/performance focus.
• CMPC certification from AASP preferred.
• At least 3 years post-graduate experience providing mental skills training.
• Active, unrestricted license in one US state/territory.

Responsibilities

• Maintain expert knowledge of Army standards and regulations related to H2F.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to synchronize H2F programming.
• Train Government personnel and deliver education resources.
• Provide data for required reports and deliverables.
