Job summary

Interactive Government Holdings, Inc. (IGH) seeks a Cognitive Performance Specialist for the USAR H2F program in Georgia. This contractor role teaches evidence-based cognitive skills to Soldiers, coordinating with Government leads and ensuring alignment with Army policies and training calendars.

The position emphasizes mental readiness, performance psychology, and field-based coaching, with requirements for advanced degrees and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Education: Doctoral degree in Psychology or Master’s in Kinesiology with sport/performance focus.
• Certification as CMPC preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in mental skills training for high performers.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a mental readiness training program for cognitive performance.
• Train soldiers in evidence-based cognitive skills to enhance performance under pressure.
• Integrate cognitive skills into military training and leadership courses.
• Coordinate with Government personnel to align with the Yearly Training Calendar.
• Maintain credentials and complete mandatory training on time.
