Job summary

Maximus Federal is seeking a Cognitive Enhancement Advisor, LCSW to support the development, implementation, and management of cognitive performance programs for SOF personnel. The role requires an active LCSW/LMSW license and eligibility for a U.S.

Secret security clearance as part of contract performance. Positions are available at multiple locations, including Fayetteville, NC, with duties spanning supervision, program leadership, and collaboration with clients and stakeholders to optimize

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in psychology, human performance, or related field.
• Current LCSW or LMSW with license valid in the state of practice is required.
• Doctoral degree in Psychology, Human Performance, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Cognitive Science, Cognitive Neuroscience, or related field with a performance psychology specialization.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team and ensure adequate staff coverage.
• Serve as subject matter expert for identified program knowledge area.
• Ensure assigned team meets contract and SLA requirements.
• Attend client and stakeholder meetings.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiencies.
