Job summary

Providence is hiring a Clinical Program Manager RN – Cognitive Care for a hybrid role across the Providence Footprint. The role leads cognitive care program design, implementation, and evaluation, coordinating with hospitals, departments, and external colleagues to advance memory care pathways.

You will manage governance boards, develop education resources, and track finances while building cross-site collaboration to improve patient outcomes in cognitive care services.

Qualifications

• RN license upon hire in MT or WA as applicable.
• 5 years memory care planning/execution or RN care delivery.
• 3 years in complex program management in a large healthcare system.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage systemwide Memory Care initiatives.
• Oversee Anti-Amyloid Review Board operations and governance.
• Develop, disseminate systemwide education and resources for cognitive care.
• Drive Memory Care Pathway improvements across Providence facilities.
