Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Ability to coach and delegate tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Knowledge of the retail environment and store safety standards.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.

• Lead shift and ensure quality beverages and food to standard recipes.
• Direct and motivate the team to fulfill customer requests.
• Support training and development of partners.
• Ensure cash handling and store safety procedures are followed.
