Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company in Charlotte, NC seeks a shift supervisor to lead daily operations, uphold craft standards, and create a welcoming store environment for the community.

You will coach team members, delegate tasks, ensure quality beverages and food, maintain safety and cash handling, and support customer service excellence during flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Attendance and punctuality required, with/without accommodations
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, holidays
• Cash handling, safety and store policies adherence
• 6 months customer-facing experience
• 6 months of delegating tasks to 2+ employees
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customer modifications
