Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees or coordinating two or more employees
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly
• Knowledge of the retail environment and strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming
• Ensure quality beverages and food products and maintain store standards
• Oversee cash handling and store safety with appropriate accommodations
