Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a fast-paced coffeehouse while upholding quality beverages and customer service. You will coach a small team, manage tasks, and ensure store standards are met in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards including quality beverages/food and cash handling.
• Six months of experience interacting with customers.
• Prepare and coach beverage/food prep per recipes or customizations.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating two or more staff.

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks experience.
• Ensure quality beverages and food to standard recipes and customer requests.
• Supervise and coordinate tasks among team members during shifts.
